At Lulu and Georgia, we want you to love your home, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within 60 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in original, unused condition and accompanied by their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective materials included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
